EASY Harissa Chicken
  • Chicken Legs (about 10)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cups of water
  • Saffron Road's Harissa Simmer Sauce
  • Yogurt or sour cream (optional)
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken legs
  2. In a skillet, lightly brown chicken legs on all sides
  3. Add 1 packet of Saffron Road's Harissa Simmer Sauce and 2 cups of water
  4. Simmer for 45-60 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
  5. Add yogurt or sour cream if you would like to tone down the spice level
