Mr. Alosco is a financial professional with over 20 years experience as a CFO/Controller of consumer led enterprises. Most recently he was CFO of  Intermark USA, Inc – a leading cosmetics company, with strong distribution and shelf presence in some of America’s top retail chains, such as Walmart, Target, CVS, Rite-Aid, and Duane Reade.  Intermark is also the exclusive distributor of Styli-Style Cosmetics, a leading brand of eye and lip liners.

Before Intermark, Tony was the Controller at Zierick Manufacturing Corporation , where he was responsible for all aspects of the accounting department including inventory analysis, financial statement presentation, budgeting,  cash flow, payroll and payroll taxes, in addition to serving as chief liaison between company and outside independent auditors, insurance representatives, state and federal government agencies.

Mr. Alosco has demonstrated successful financial and accounting leadership across the business spectrum, from high growth start up consumer brands to large sales operations, with both direct channel and broker distributed products in major retail, supermarket, and pharmacy chains. He has valuable experience at instituting exceptional ERP or integrated computer-based systems architecture to manage internal and external resources. These high technology computer platforms are essential to track, rationalize, and monitor all level of sales activity down to the store level, as well as tracking accountability, logistics, and shipping from a Company’s manufacturing facilities with co-packers.
